The Pomegranate Method is a training program for facilitators based on decades of experience planning, convening and advising community collaboration projects
Over 1000 community leaders, NGO leaders, government workers, and design professionals have participated in the trainings between 2013 and 2022
The pomegranate method was designed to quickly and efficiently tap into the collective wisdom of diverse populations.
How do we as everyday citizens feel like we can make a difference? Through Milenko’s decades of experience he found that a projects’ success or failure often depends on the ownership a community has in all stages of development. The most successful projects are done with well-trained and neutral facilitators who guide citizens to utilize their differences to find common goals, and empower individuals to action.
Based on facilitating hundreds of meetings and developing a series of “Ground Rules for Collaboration”, Milenko and his associates lead trainings to pass on this crucial knowledge.
Trainings can be customized based on the needs of your organization and community.

“I believe that communities don’t just need great leaders and engaged participants, but also a key link between them -
a great facilitator.
These facilitators do not make decisions. Instead, they focus on the integrity of the process, encourage all to participate, create a climate of civility and respect, and keep track of time.”
